The Little Market is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the reach of artisan-made goods from underserved communities around the world and raises awareness about fair trade and social justice. Through our new model, we are focused on connecting artisan and producer groups with larger retailers.

In an effort to support the artisan and producer groups we work with, we will connect our clients directly with the individual groups.

minimum order quantity

Before applying to The Little Market’s wholesale portal, please make sure to note that our minimums range from 250 to 1,500 units per product with lead times ranging anywhere from 2.5 to 8.5 months. We are looking to partner with buyers and retailers interested in fair trade, artisan-made goods to help artisan and producer groups reach a larger audience. If you are able to order 250 units or more of a product with a lead time of several months, we encourage you to apply to work with us in our new wholesale portal.

Please note that all payments will be made directly to the individual groups, which means that most will be international payments. All shipping details will be arranged directly with the artisan or producer group, as the goods will be shipped from the group straight to your location. Please be aware that pricing levels shown on the portal are based on using the most economical method of shipping, and that in the majority of cases, this would involve ocean freight shipping. Consequently, you would need to be prepared to work with a freight forwarder to handle the inbound shipping logistics.

For those of you interested in candles, we’re excited to announce that you can now purchase them at wholesale pricing with flexible minimums from Prosperity Candle, the social enterprise we’ve worked with since 2014. Prosperity Candle will also carry our all-natural sugar scrubs and soaking salts, reusable totes, and more artisan-made favorites on their website. Your orders support women artisans who are refugees from conflict countries.
