Behind-the-Scenes:
Our Office Transformation
We teamed up with five brands to transform an outdated office into a beautiful working place for The Little Market. With the help of BOXI by Semihandmade, Fireclay, General Electric’s Café Appliances, Ethnicraft, and Rejuvenation, we were able to completely renovate the office into a bright, open, and collaborative workspace.
When I first saw this office, I knew it had a lot of potential but that it would be a massive undertaking. We are so grateful to the brands who generously contributed to make this remodel possible.
Hannah Skvarla, co-founder, The Little Market
The ever-so-talented Jessica Valentino, founder of The House Binder, took the helm to help us organize an office our team would love.
“Organizational flow is key for all of our installations and even more essential in an office setting,” Jessica said. “No matter how beautiful an office may be, if the organization systems in place are not sustainable, then staying organized is not manageable.”
“We aimed to balance the aesthetic of a beautiful office that can be functional for the everyday tasks of running a business,” Jessica describes.
Everything we used to design and organize the office is from The Little Market — lidded boxes, in-drawer dividers, marble accents. We even used baskets as planters.

“The reception area is used to store office supplies while also serving as a mini product and gifting closet,” Jessica shares. “The wall-to-wall cabinets are intuitively set up so the team can easily locate anything from envelopes to paper clips on one end and can also easily reach for candles and oil diffusers on the other. The meeting rooms, break room, and communal spaces are set up similarly in our signature style.”
