GENERAL QUESTIONS:
What is your new model?
With our new model, we aim to be a liason between artisan and producer groups and retailers. Our goal remains the same: to connect artisans to a greater marketplace for more opportunities to share their handmade goods and raise awareness about the communities we support.
How do I start buying with the new model of The Little Market?
If you are a wholesaler buyer, designer, or event planner please apply with our online application and pick the program that's best for you or your company. Our team will review and respond to you within 48 business hours with the status of your application. After approval, we will direct you on how to create an account, start shopping from our selection of handmade goods, and submit your order. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@thelittlemarket.com.
Can I continue to purchase products on your website?
We encourage you to do your shopping with us on our retail site while products are still available, as our full product collection will no longer be directly for sale to shoppers on our website at some point in 2023. Gift cards are still available to use on our website, but we are no longer issuing new gift cards. Please note that all products are final sale. Stay tuned for updates on where you can find us in other retailers going forward. We will share more details as we have them.
Will you continue to operate as a nonprofit, charitable organization?
This change will not affect our nonprofit status or charitable mission, but rather just how that mission is carried out. We are committed to supporting dignified income opportunities for artisan and producer groups in underserved communities by connecting them to a wider marketplace. We will also continue to raise awareness about fair trade and human rights issues impacting artisan and producer groups and their communities.

Prices, Customs + Fees
If an order is shipping from artisan and producer groups directly to a final shipping destination located in the United States, it will not incur additional shipping costs.
If an order will require processing through The Little Market’s facilities or will require expedited shipping, it is subject to additional shipping charges.
Depending on your region, additional customs charges, fees, or taxes may be due upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that they are not included at checkout at this time. All prices are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency. .
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS:
When will I receive my order?

How much is the shipping cost?
After an order inquiry is submitted to our team, we will connect with you directly on available products, which will determine the shipping cost. All shipping costs and import fees to your desired location are nonrefundable. If a return request is authorized by our team, the return shipping will be at the cost of the recipient.
How can I cancel my order?
If you are having issues with your order, please connect directly with our team at sales@thelittlemarket.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation of your order.
How do I report damaged or missing items from my order?
If you are having issues with your order, please connect directly with our team at sales@thelittlemarket.com. Damaged or defective products or products that arrived by error must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Visual proof of items will be required.
How do I submit a return?
All items are considered final sale except with regard to broken or defective merchandise. The Little Market does not offer returns on custom, discounted, and/or promotional products. If you are having issues with your order, please connect directly with our team at sales@thelittlemarket.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a return of your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I apply a discount to my order?
Please note that we are not able to apply e-commerce discount codes or free shipping to wholesale orders carried out with our Sales Team. In addition, free shipping cannot be applied to orders being drop-shipped to multiple locations.

If I currently do not meet the minimum order quantity, what are my options?
We recognize that not every client may be able to meet our new minimum order quantities, which we’ve set to meet the standard volume minimums per product and make the best use of resources. While we move through this transition, we do have limited items available in stock on Faire.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS:
Do I have to order the same type of item to meet the minimum order quantity, or can I mix and match variations?
In some cases, you will be able to mix and match variations from the same artisan or producer group to meet the order minimum. Please enter the quantities you’re interested in and submit the inquiry, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss options in more detail.
WHY ARE MY ITEMS NOT THE SAME SIZE/Color AS ADVERTISED?
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all of our fair trade products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary in color and/or size. If you purchase two or more of the same item, you might notice size variations. We do our best to make sure each item is within the parameters of the size we advertise on our website.
We hold our handmade products in the highest esteem, and we hope that you enjoy these variations as much as we do.
