In a supportive work environment, Musee Bath provides access to fair wages and essential resources including general and higher education, finance training, and life skills training. The social enterprise also prioritizes the personal well-being of each team member by offering leadership opportunities, life skills training, access to transportation, housing, counseling services, and health and hygiene programs. With a commitment to giving back to its community at-large, Musee Bath supports fellow social enterprises and funds a school in Haiti, directly supporting uniforms, meals, school supplies, and teachers’ salaries.

To create bath bombs, producers use raw, high-quality ingredients that they hand-mix in small batches in the studio in Mississippi. Eight team members collaborate to complete each recipe, task by task. This intricate process must be conducted precisely based on the recipe, with the mixing and combining of the ingredients serving as a cross between art and science. Each bath bomb is set to air-dry for a 24-hour period, and approximately seven team members finish the bath bomb with custom packaging.
