Our charitable mandate is the driving force that influences all of our work and guides our strategy. We are an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Specifically, The Little Market is a 509(a)(2) public charity.

There is a power behind our purchases. We are committed to ethically sourcing handcrafted products, practicing fair trade principles, and partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations. Proceeds from all product purchases support our mission to empower the artisan groups we work with.
WE EDUCATE
We raise awareness about the artisans, fair trade, human rights, and social justice. We educate our supporters about the story behind every piece in our collection, issues of social responsibility, and what each of us can do to shop consciously.

We are ethically sourcing products from more than 69 artisan groups in 28 countries. Over the past five years, we ethically purchased 122,876 units of product, generating more than 478,983 hours of dignified labor.
