The internship will primarily focus on: supporting social media promotions and campaigns; updating blog content and selecting images; reviewing and creating content for website, including updating pages, developing product descriptions and editing photos; collecting and analyzing market data; monitoring press mentions; drafting e-newsletters.
We have internship openings throughout the year, and we accept applications on a rolling basis. The Little Market is looking for a highly motivated, creative individual who is interested in gaining experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. Working with a small team in a fast-paced environment, interns will build skills in product marketing, website development, communications, and graphic design, as well as learn more about fair trade practices and international development issues.
Interns are asked to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week spread over two to three weekdays for a minimum of three months. The start date is flexible.
This internship is unpaid and open only to students seeking academic credit for an internship. Students should check with their individual academic institutions for requirements prior to applying for the internship. Internships are based out of Santa Ana, California or Los Angeles, California.
