Effective March 14, 2020, we temporarily closed our retail stores. Effective March 27, 2020, our pop-up in Newport Beach, C.A. was permanently closed. RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your items from The Little Market. But if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return undamaged, unwashed, defective, and unused item(s) with the original or gift receipt for store credit.

 

Online Purchases

For online orders, you may return these items with the original or gift receipt within a 14-day timeline from when you received your order.

In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases from June 10 to June 30, 2020, you may return these items online and via post or up to 30 days after our Pacific Palisades, C.A. store reopens.

  • Gift receipts will be required for all gift returns.
  • Returns may be refused at management's discretion (in-store and online).
  • Any taxes charged will be included with your store credit in accordance with state laws. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient.

 

The following items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange: discounted and promotional items, hair accessories, earrings, food items, gift wrapping, personalized candles, monogrammed candles, customized candles, customized totes, spa products, and charity collaborations. Please kindly note that Homeboy Bakery items are made-to-order and orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed.

 

After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email including your gift card code, issued as store credit.

 

The Little Market takes great care to package your items to ensure they arrive safely. Please kindly pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package. Please also note that items must arrive at The Little Market as undamaged, unwashed, and unused or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED + DEFECTIVE ITEMS

As with all handmade items, variations will occur. Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Visual proof of damaged items will be required.

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes. Or you will be shipped replacement items if in stock. Please note that international addresses do not qualify for replacement shipping.

MISSING ITEMS OR PACKAGES

If items are missing from your order upon delivery, please contact us at (800) 404-3300 or concierge@thelittlemarket.com within 10 days of receipt of your package. In rare cases when packages may be missing in transit, please kindly notify us within 10 days of receipt of a delivery confirmation email. We would be happy to issue a refund or ship the correct item(s) based on available inventory. Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for replacement shipping.

Exchanges + cancelLations

Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. Please follow the steps listed under RETURNS and then purchase items under a new transaction.

 

To cancel an order, please contact us at (800) 404-3300 or concierge@thelittlemarket.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under RETURNS.

 

Please kindly note that Homeboy Bakery items are made-to-order and orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed.

 

Orders containing customized or personalized items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances.
