We hope that you love your items from The Little Market. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged, unwashed, and unused item(s) with the original or gift receipt for store credit within a 30-day timeline from when you received your order. At this time, exchanges can only be processed as returns.

  • Returns may be refused at management's discretion (in-store and online).
  • Any taxes charged will be included with your store credit in accordance with state laws. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient.


Please note the following items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange: discounted and promotional items, hair accessories, face masks, earrings, food items, reusable straws, gift wrapping, personalized, monogrammed, and custom candles, custom totes, spa products, charity collaborations, and holiday-themed items such as ornaments and garlands.


Returns may be refused at store management's discretion. Please note that items purchased in-store may not be returned via post.


After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email including your gift card code, issued as store credit.


The Little Market takes great care to package your items to ensure they arrive safely. Please kindly pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package. Please also note that items must arrive at The Little Market as undamaged, unwashed, and unused or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.


As with all handmade items, variations will occur. Rarely by human error, we may accidentally send an item that was not originally ordered. Damaged or defective products or products that arrived by error must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Visual proof of items will be required.
You will be shipped replacement items if available, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. Please note that international addresses do not qualify for this replacement shipping.
Please kindly note that The Little Market is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses during the transport of products that are not packaged and shipped by The Little Market.

If items are missing from your order upon delivery, please contact us at (800) 404-3300 or within 10 days of receipt of your package. In rare cases when packages may be missing in transit, please kindly notify us within 10 days of receipt of a delivery confirmation email. We would be happy to issue a refund or ship the correct item(s) based on available inventory. Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for replacement shipping.

Exchanges + cancelLation

Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. Please follow the steps listed under RETURNS and then purchase items under a new transaction.


To cancel an order, please contact us at (800) 404-3300 or If your order has not processed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order is processing, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under RETURNS.


Orders containing customized or personalized items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances.

RETurn to Sender

Please note that occasionally, we receive Return to Sender packages in our Fulfilment Center due to reasons including an incorrect mailing address, an addressee not present at the address upon delivery after moving or an unknown reason, mail unclaimed, or mail refused by the recipient at the time of delivery. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund with shipping charges included and do our best to notify you via email. We are not able to reship these items and encourage you to please place a new order on our site.

IN-store pickup hold policy: 30-day time limit

Please kindly note that we will hold in-store pickup orders at our Pacific Palisades location for 30 days past the indicated pickup date at checkout. If you have not collected the items by then and you do not respond to the two reminder correspondences from our team (one email when the order is ready for pickup and a follow-up email if the order has not been picked up within three weeks), we will issue store credit for the order.

We will send store credit information to the corresponding email address for the order, and the order will not be eligible for a return to the original form of payment. The items in the order will be returned to stock if applicable, and any custom items will be recycled accordingly.


Large retailers are able to sell products at lower costs often due to the large quantities they purchase from the original seller. The Little Market ethically sources handmade goods that are generally made in small batches. Additionally, as a nonprofit organization and member of the Fair Trade Federation, we are committed to fair trade practices, ensuring that artisans receive living wages. Therefore, we are not able to compete with higher discounts, promotions from other websites, or listed prices from third parties such as gift registries and we are unable to provide price matching.
