SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

All orders are shipped from Southern California, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:

  • Orders to West Coast addresses take 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders to Southern states and Midwestern states take 3 to 4 business days.
  • Orders to the East Coast addresses take 4 to 5 business days.

    Orders are shipped via FedEx or through the U.S. Postal Service to home addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

    We offer expedited shipping options at checkout through FedEx. All expedited shipping requests are processed and shipped by 12 p.m. PT (3 p.m. ET) on the day the order is placed. Orders placed with FedEx Overnight Shipping on Friday will arrive no sooner than Monday due to FedEx not delivering on weekends.     For orders including custom, monogrammed, and personalized candles, the turnaround time from approval of labels to shipping will be 1 week if the fragrance is in stock. This product is not eligible for expedited shipping.

    ALASKA, HAWAII, & U.S. TERRITORIES

    Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can check out through our website and select their preferred shipping method.     INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    CARRIERS + TRACKING INFORMATION

    We are proud to work with artisans all around the world and are grateful for our international supporters. 

    International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Mail International depending on weight. The average transit time for international delivery is approximately two to five weeks. However, shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location, the time of the year, and your local postal service. In some cases, it can take up to six weeks for your order to be delivered, depending on Customs. 

    Tracking information is available in most locations. However, we cannot promise an exact delivery date, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in Customs. 

    PRICES, CUSTOMS, + FEES

    Depending on your region, additional customs charges, fees, or taxes may be due upon delivery. Please note you are responsible for these fees and that they are not included at checkout at this time. 

    Please note all prices are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency. 

    RETURNS + EXCHANGES

    We do accept returns and exchanges for international shipments. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred. 

    We are currently unable to fulfill refunds for any international shipments that are lost in transit.
