Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

 

All orders are shipped from Southern California, and your delivery date is dependent upon the shipping address. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:

  • Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days.
  • Orders to Southern states and Midwestern states typically take 3 to 4 business days.
  • Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 4 to 5 business days.

 

Orders are shipped via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service.

Expedited SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping options through FedEx. All expedited shipping requests will be processed the same day, if the order is placed before 12 p.m. PT. All orders placed after 12 p.m. PT, on weekends or U.S. nationally observed holidays will be processed the following business day. For orders including custom, monogrammed, and personalized candles, the turnaround time from approval of labels to shipping will be 5-7 business days. These products are not eligible for expedited shipping.

ALASKA, HAWAII + US TERRITORIES 

Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can check out through our website and select their preferred shipping method. We are proud to work with artisan groups and social enterprises all around the world and are grateful for our international supporters.

 

International orders ship via FedEx International Economy. Transit time will vary from country to country, but orders can arrive within approximately 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times depend on the location, the time of the year, and the local postal service. In some cases, it can take up to 4 weeks for an order to be delivered, depending on Customs.

 

Please note that international orders do not qualify for expedited shipping.

 

Tracking information is available in most locations. However, we cannot promise an exact delivery date, as there are no guarantees made by FedEx due to possible delays in Customs.

Prices, customs + fees 

Please note that the order value at checkout excludes duties, taxes, Customs charges, and carrier brokerage fees. Depending on the region, these will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

 

Please note all prices are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency.

Returns + exchANges

We do accept returns and exchanges for international shipments. Unfortunately, international addresses do not qualify for replacement shipping.
