They arrive beautifully wrapped together with a handmade bow that is created by artisans in India, making for easy gifting or decorating.

Intricately crafted by artisans, each flower is made from locally harvested corn husks, the natural outer covering for ears of corn that would otherwise be discarded. Every purchase supports artisans in rural communities of the Philippines with dignified income opportunities.

  • Carnation: 3" long x 2" width

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dust often with a feather duster or soft brush.
  • Spot clean using minimal water. Dab (do not rub) using an undyed paper towel or cloth to prevent the colors from bleeding. Dry completely to avoid molding.
  • To avoid discoloration, do not place in direct sunlight or expose to heat.
  • White glue may be applied onto the corn husk flowers as preserve coat.

  • Corn husk, flower wire, GI wire #18, white glue, transparent adhesive tape, masking tape, industrial dye, salt, floral tape, and newspaper.
