Artisans and farmers working with JusTea grow 100 percent natural, fair trade teas. These farming techniques, which are pesticide-free, have been passed down across generations for approximately 100 years. The olive wood spoons are hand-carved by members of the Makweni carving community. JusTea provides sustainable employment for more than 200 families, allowing them to send their children to school and earn 20 percent more than the industry average. More than 80 percent of the employees are women.
