Producers working with Homegirl Cafe create a variety of baked goods using fresh and high-quality ingredients. To create the Cafe de Olla, or cinnamon coffee, the women use oven-dried orange peels and blend freshly ground cinnamon stocks with premium ground coffee. To make the signature jams, Homegirl producers use only fresh and seasonal fruit. The jams are carefully made by hand-stirring and hand-pouring the delicious ingredients. To create the unique granola, the producers use very specific types of cooking techniques — this includes cooking with oven doors half open and at very low temperatures.
