Father Gregory Boyle returns to share an inspirational book that brings awareness to the transformative power of tenderness. In his third book, "The Whole Language: The Power of Extravagant Tenderness," he shares how people at Homeboy Industries combat challenging times and stay generous, hopeful, and tender. These powerful stories encourage readers to treat people and ourselves with more acceptance and tenderness. He derives from his experience with counseling gang members in Los Angeles, where he founded the world-renowned Homeboy Industries.

Father Greg is a New York Times best-selling author and has been awarded with numerous recognitions including the California Peace Prize. Most recently in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, he is serving as a committee member of the Economic and Job Recovery Task Force in his home state of California.

We are proud to work with and support Homeboy Industries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers formerly incarcerated and gang-involved individuals to redirect their lives in Downtown Los Angeles and become contributing members of our community.
