HANDMADE IN TANZANIA

Add these classic and environmentally friendly coasters to your tablescape and home décor. They will bring both style and function to any room in your home.

Sturdy and made to last, each coaster has been carefully handwoven from sustainable star grass and locally sourced papyrus.

Every purchase empowers artisan weavers including people who settled back into their home communities after living as refugees, individuals who are currently resettled and living as refugees, people who have survived genocide, and Tanzanian hosts of refugees. They implement eco-conscious practices, preserve traditional techniques, and earn fair wages through dignified work.
